Not only can Age Concern Gravesend’s Independent Living Service help you with any of the above by providing an ILA (Independent Living Assistant), we aim to build the service around your needs : so if you just want to go for a drive, want to visit a member of your family and are not able to use public transport easily or require any other help just give us a call
All ILA’s are CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) checked and are provided with an ID badge, which should be on display at all times.
Payment for the service can be made either in cash to the ILA (who will sign a payment sheet in receipt), by Invoice, Credit / Debit or even by Direct Payment / Kent Card.
